Clarkesville artist Sarah Samsel is known for her pressed flower artwork, cornhusk creations and window paintings. Sarah has enjoyed creating ever since she could hold a pencil, but her first sales were through a restaurant that carried her pressed-flower notecards when she was 10 years old. Twelve years later Sarah continues to be passionate about art and continually wants to create something new. She can also be spotted in her big floppy hat taking care of the flowers on the Clarkesville Square or in the Mauldin House garden.
